On Call When You Need Us

The following comments were written by our Director of Facilities, Mike Caponio.  Mike and his team of Engineers work for ABLE Engineering.  However, you'd never know it!  They wear Cranbrook uniforms and have been with Cranbrook for many years.  We consider them part of TEAM Cranbrook!

The team of Engineers I lead consider TEAM Cranbrook a great opportunity to make a difference each and every day.  Under the leadership of our Vice President, Operations, we’re tasked with making sure that the buildings are performing to the benefit of our customers.

We have a full complement of Engineers — stationary and mobile — to address the needs of our customers.  We’re committed to taking care of the “space” and the “place” so our customers can focus on running and growing their business.

People who lease space at a Cranbrook Group, Inc. owned property receive the benefit of a having a business partner when it comes to their physical location (the building where they lease space).  Whether it’s a hot/cold call related to heating or air conditioning, or something more diverse related to the building itself, we’re responsive and committed to following up on every call we receive.

I know I speak for my guys when I say we’re proud to be associated with TEAM Cranbrook , and I believe our contribution help our customers be more productive and successful in the long run.
