Meet Our Team

TEAM Cranbrook is comprised of four property teams and support personnel covering the Central Valley and East Bay, an Accounting Group located at our corporate headquarters in Modesto, CA, along with two Vice Presidents (Operations and Finance) and our CEO, Jim Devenport, also located in Modesto.

Our team of 30+ people work to manage more than 2.4 million square feet of quality Office, Industrial and Flex space within 21 significant properties.

Property Team Leaders

Catherine Chase Kargl – Catherine and her team manage 8 properties in the East Bay including, Oakland, San Ramon, San Leandro, Hayward, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore.

Linda Shoemaker- Haskins – Linda and her team manage 4 properties in the East Bay including Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek and West Sacramento.

Kyle Kampfen – Kyle and his team manage 8 properties in the Central Valley including Modesto, Manteca, Lodi and West Sacramento.
