Cranbrook Group, Inc. and its major affiliate, Cranbrook Realty Investment Fund, L.P. (CRIF) is a self-managed, non-public investor in commercial real estate, investing in quality industrial and office buildings in the East Bay area of San Francisco as well as the San Joaquin Valley.
Cranbrook seeks to grow its asset base through the acquisition of industrial and office properties which are at or near investment grade quality, or can be improved to this level.
Our business objectives are to increase investor's long-term total return by maximizing our ability to manage opportunity in three areas:

With the goal of creating new opportunities for the future of Cranbrook Group, Inc., we?re boldly stepping forward to expand our service offerings to include Real Estate Development. Current plans are underway for the development of a 177,000 sq. ft. business park in the Central Valley of California, located near a major corridor. We plan to offer condominium type space for sale and/or lease, meeting the needs of the small to medium size business owner who, for the first time, has the opportunity to own commercial property. |
