In our efforts to respect your time (and your money) we have committed ourselves to quick response times when it comes to Letters of Intent (LOI’s), Requests for Quote (RFQ’s), standard lease preparation or lease proposals of other, varying formats.  Once we agree to basic lease terms and conditions, we commit to turning a lease around in under 72 hours.  We have developed a short form lease that is only 10 pages in length, including the signature page!  Once the lease document is signed and we have received the lease deposit, we will process a commission check within 48 hours.  Now that’s fast by anyone’s definition.
