Led by Mike Caponio, Director of Facilities, our TEAM of Engineers ( Mike, Rob, Danny and Jeff) oversee the day-to-day proper functioning of the buildings in our portfolio, and they do it with more than 125 years of experience behind them.

One of the many important factors in leasing space is knowing that the building's mechanical system is properly maintained.  Everything from lighting and heat and cooling to fire life safety and general maintenance are critical factors to access when leasing space.

TEAM Cranbrook addresses the issue head on!  Our team of Building Engineers have been with Cranbrook for many years and know our buildings inside and out. Our Engineers are involved in our Operational TEAM Meetings because they are often the first people to hear about issues within a building.

Together, our team of guys have more than 125 of combined HVAC and engineering experience behind them, which benefits our customers directly when it comes to ensuring that their space is "Right Space. Best Place."
