Determine the Amenities
Your Customers Want Most.

What are the most desirable amenities to your clients? That may seem like a silly question, but we'd like to know.  It's back to basics for a lot of propety owners, and knowing the kind of amenities that help your clients function in their space is important.

For example, Airport Corporate Centre in Oakland offers on-site management, free parking, an on-site deli and gym complete with a locker room and showers.  Olympic Plaza in Walnut Creek offers the highly desirable "Walnut Creek" address while being less than a 1/2 mile from I-680.  The Crossroads at Hacienda in Pleasanton offers an incredible Courtyard view from its offices ... perfect for people who can't stand looking at four walls! Manteca Commerce Park in Manteca offers secure, gated access, and visibility from Highway 99 and 120 where more than 150,000 cars pass daily.  Finally, Sutter Square offers six (6) levels of underground parking, an updated gym complete with first class exercise equipment and on-site management.

We understand that the first issue to choosing an office location is just that:  location, location, location.  After that, could it be that amenity, amenity, amenity plays a significant role?
