Prior to joining Colliers International in 1999, Scott was Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis for 18 years.  Scott has successfully leased over 4,000,000 square feet of office space in Contra Costa County and sold over $400,000,000 in office building properties since 1981.  During his 18 years at Grubb & Ellis, he was honored several times as top overall office division producer, and Top 5 overall every year since 1987.  Soctt is a frequent Bay Area guest speaker with several published industry articles.

Prior to joining Colliers International in 2000, Trigger worked for GET Travel/L.A. Ski & Sun Tours for four years in sales and accounting.  His duties at GET Travel included being the Site Manager for two months every summer in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for the Summer Graduation Program as well as being the corporate liaison for all Puerto Vallarta suppliers.  Also, while attending St. Mary's College, he was a member of the soccer and rugby teams.

We are thankful for Scott and Trigger's efforts with Sutter Square, and now look forward to the role they will play at Muir Parkway Office Center in Martinez.
