New 10 Page Lease Gets The Deal Done!

At Cranbrook, we want every facet of our “suite ready delivery system” to be fast, accurate, cost effective and easy to use.  To that end, we have developed a short form lease that can be used on deals of 1-3 year’s duration, on suites that are “move-in ready”.  The lease is only 10 pages long and we did our best to write the short form lease in English, rather than in “legaleze”.  We have addressed the various elements necessary in a contractual document covering leasing agreements, but have done so in a very un-intimidating way.  Lease review is completed in minutes or hours, not days.  If your client still desires a due diligence review of the document by their attorney, it can be done at reduced cost because of the layout and content of the document.
