Taking A Hands On Approach To Crime.

As a property owner of more than 2.5 million square feet of Office, Industrial and Flex space spanning the East Bay and Central Valley for more than a decade, regardless of where our buildings are located, crime is one of the many factors we contend with, as it is with any business.  However, the sagging economy has, in part, brought new attention, warriors, technologies and partnerships together to fight an old enemy.

Recently, Cranbrook Group, Inc. teamed up with the San Leandro Police Department and their new “Crime Free Business” Program for our Flex property, Adams Business Center in San Leandro (learn more at Adams Business Center).

Bringing our customers together, Police Officer, Kerri Kovach (pictured above) spoke to our customers — business owners and their employees — about advanced crime prevention techniques through the “Crime Free Business” Program.

Cranbrook Group, Inc. is currently taking a number of steps including team member training, a property evaluation and operational changes to meet the requirements and earn the designation of being a “Crime Free Business”.

We realize that crime is best “arrested” when a group of people come together with a common purpose and goal.  The San Leandro Police Department, Officer Kerri Kovach and the “Crime Free Business” program is helping us give new meaning to “Right Space. Best Place.”
