With the roll out of our new “mobile-friendly” website,in addition to a robust search feature powered by LoopNet, Cranbrook tenants can now submit a number of different tenant requests online.
Located at the bottom of the Home Page, tenants can click on “Submit Tenant Request” and be walked through a 2-step process to successfully submit their particular request.
“This is about streamlining the process,” said COO, Robert Carpenter. “Before the online system, submitting a tenant request often required a phone call and/or a form to be filled out. Now, our tenants can go online to do it … saving time and effort.”
This idea was part of our internal 2015 initiative called “Better Yet” which challenged our teams to evaluate what we do and how we do it … coming up with improved processes to better serve our tenants.
