We're not unique. We’re sure that many companies employ similar techniques, but our method benefits our customers directly. * We huddle - depending on size of the portfolio, our teams huddle once a week or more to ensure that we are meeting the expectations of our To-Do lists, and ultimately, our customer. Just as in football, we call it a huddle because that's exactly what it is. It's not a retreat or a seminar ... it's a time to make sure we're all on the same page to the benefit of our customers.

* We're a flat organization - There are only two layers of management above our Property Teams: Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and our CEO/Owner. We like being flat! It allows us to make quick decisions that affect our company and customers.

* Our teams do it all - In other words, they know leasing, operations and accounting. We have some very specialized talent at Cranbrook, but for the most part, our Property Teams are generalists ... that's a benefit to our customers because they can solve problems, create solutions and offer knowledge that helps our customers remain focused on their business.
