Thanking Our Valued Airport Corporate Centre Tenants
This year has brought exciting changes to Airport Corporate Centre (ACC), our 263,833 RSF Class A mid-rise in Oakland. From the completion of the solar construction project to the installation of the security fence and gated entry system, it’s been a transformative year for the property. To show our appreciation for our tenants’ continued support and patience throughout these improvements, Team Cranbrook recently hosted an appreciation event with a catered onsite lunch for all tenants and their employees. The event featured delicious offerings from local favorite La Grana Fish Catering, serving up tacos, burritos, and refreshing agua frescas.
The event was a tremendous success, with more than 400 people attending to enjoy the food and connect with one another. We’d like to give a special shout out to Holly Wedge (Tenant Coordinator) and Catie Jennings (Assistant Property Manager) for their hard work planning, coordinating, and personally welcoming everyone at the event. Following the lunch, we received numerous emails from tenants expressing their thanks. While a catered lunch may seem like a small gesture, it was our way of saying thank you and reinforcing the strong relationships we strive to build with our tenants – many of whom are approaching lease renewals in the next 12 months.
