Welcoming Catie & Angelica to Team Cranbrook!

Catie Jennings joined Team Cranbrook in August 2024 as the Assistant Property Manager at Airport Corporate Centre, our Class-A office building in Oakland. In this role, Catie focuses primarily on tenant relations and supporting the needs of over 80 tenants in the East Bay portfolio in Oakland, San Leandro, and Hayward. Her responsibilities include collections, vendor oversight, tenant onboarding/off-boarding and property and vacant suite inspections to name a few.

Catie brings over 16 years of experience in residential property management, having previously held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Avenue5 as a Senior Property Manager. In these roles, she developed a strong foundation in core property operations, from financial reporting and leasing to team management. While originally seeking an opportunity in residential property management, Catie came across the Assistant Property Manager position at Cranbrook and realized the position aligned closely with her experience and long-term career goals. Catie joined Cranbrook and felt an immediate connection to the Company’s culture and values, making the transition from residential to commercial real estate both smooth and exciting. Since joining, she has appreciated the supportive, collaborative work environment and is proud to be part of such a dedicated team. Catie is currently enrolled in Chamberlin Real Estate School and is on track to sit for her California real estate exam by the end of 2025. Additionally, she is working toward obtaining her notary license by summer 2026. Outside of work, Catie enjoys baking chocolate chip cookies or singing karaoke with her husband Eric and 17-year-old son Colton.

Angelica Radosavljevic joined Team Cranbrook on a contract assignment in August 2023 and was offered a full time position in early 2024 as a Tenant Coordinator in our San Ramon property management office. In this role, Angelica acts as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and the property management team, including vendor outreach, leasing and tenant requests.

Angelica graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. After graduation, Angelica was referred by a friend to a property management company and soon discovered her passion for the field. She began her career with the Irvine Company as an Associate of Operations, handling work orders, purchase orders, and tenant communications. When her contract with the Irvine Company ended, Angelica began exploring new opportunities and, through a recruiter, identified the role with Cranbrook. Angelica has loved the opportunities available to her at Cranbrook and values how much she has learned first-hand in a short period of time about commercial property management. Angelica is actively studying for her California real estate license, with a goal of earning her license by next year. Outside of her work, Angelica enjoys reading, baking, cooking and San Jose Sharks games.
